John Jay’s at the theater in a very Jewish area of Miami today.

Probably only gentile here.
Approx 25 people in theater. Nothing playing on screen, large hum emitting from screen. If I knew any jokes, I would stand up and start telling them.
Just fixed audio problem

1:35 That was fun. Espionage, resistance fighters, double cross, moles, gratuitous nudity, gratuitous violence, bad guy Nazi going full monty, quirky script, quirky cinemotography, good guy getting pistol whipped violently leaving no marks or blood on his face, heroine getting a huge bucket of human feces poured on her, traitors, numerous endings...everything you want in a Paul Verhoven WWII spy film set in 1945 Holland.
When I lived in Miami I would go to the early early shows so the theater wouldn't be full of loud obnoxious people. I went to see either Family Business or The Freshman -- it had Matthew Broderick, I'm pretty sure -- in this theater at like 1 p.m. There were two other small groups of people there. One group was little old Cuban ladies. THe other group was little old Jewish ladies. They started shushing each other. Then it got ugly. Pretty soon it became: "Go back to where you came from." "You go back to where YOU came from." Eventually someone got booted by the ushers. To me, it has remained the quintessential Miami experience.
