Nice! The Possum Hunt is a rare and wonderful treat. Chase mixed one of these for me a couple years back and I was insatntly smitten. The downside is that 42 Below feijoa is VERY hard to find in the States. Pity 'cause it's got a certain something that turns a standard drink on it's ear. Hey guys, I discovered embury cocktails through youtube and live in the SF bay area, I noticed the two suggestions you have made for the city and if I might be so bold, I would like to recommend the food and the bar at a place called "Perbaco" on California St. in the financial district. Maybe you can check it out next time you are in town.
