Wrote up Master Distiller Desmond Payne's ingenious barrel aged Burrough's Reserve for T Style. One very cool thing I discovered from talking to Desmond was that Clyde Common's Jeff Morgenthaler's barrel aged sparkling Negroni had been one of the inspirations for this beguiling new liquid. Linking London to Portland (my hometown) made me rather chuffed.
