Chase Jarvis Breaks Down "The Possum Hunt" For You

I was on on a shoot with Chase Jarvis for Switched.com this afternoon where he talked about  how to make the most of the low-fi camera on the iPhone. Nice! The Possum Hunt is a rare and wonderful treat. Chase mixed one of these for me a couple years back and I was insatntly smitten. The downside is that 42 Below feijoa is VERY hard to find in the States. Pity 'cause it's got a certain something that turns a standard drink on it's ear. In fact the last bottle I had in my hands was a gift from Mr. Jarvis – I think he's got an underground connection...
