I had a nitro capirinha at Bazaar in Los Angeles. A woman wheeled a cart around and made them on the spot. This after I had a manhattan with a liquified cherry. They also had martinis with liquified olives and 'sea foam' on top. Of course I threw it all up after drinking about ten Jack-and-Gingers at a Crazy Girls strip joint, but cheers to the molecular anyway!
